Rose Karim-Embleton

Rose was born in Malaysia and has spent more than 25 years living abroad in different countries including the UK, Miri Sarawak, Jakarta in Indonesia, Perth in Western Australia, Doha in Qatar, Mumbai in India and Milan in Italy. She moved back to Malaysia in 2016. Rose is married to a British National who currently commutes to work between Malaysia and Kurdistan.
Before marrying and having a family Rose worked in oil & gas. She has two grown-up children: a son living in Malaysia and training as a pilot, and a daughter with a degree in communications living in Perth, Western Australia.
Describing herself as a homemaker and a ‘crafty Jill of all trades master of none’, Rose likes to design and create jewellery, sew and is a lover of all things vintage. Her hobbies also include cooking, walking and travelling.
