MYCAT is an alliance of four main wildlife conservation NGOs; the Malaysian Nature Society, TRAFFIC Southeast Asia, Wildlife Conservation Society- Malaysia Programme and WWF- Malaysia. Their aim is to save the tiger population in Malaysia. Donations are used to fund the Citizen Action for Tigers programme.

This enables weekend volunteers to spend time in Taman Negara monitoring and reporting on suspicious activities to MYCAT’s Wildlife Crime Hotline. MYCAT also collaborates with the local communities to save wildlife and forests while enhancing their livelihoods.
