PAWS Animal Welfare Society accepts unwanted and abandoned animals. Mostly dogs and cats but occasionally rabbits, chickens, and other small animals. They provide shelter, food, water, and basic medical care including neutering, vaccinations, and deworming. They hope each and every animal will be adopted.
If you would like to volunteer with PAWS, you can choose to spend time with any animal of your choice for an hour or a whole day. Volunteers can also help keep the shelter clean. Volunteer hours can be anytime Monday- Sunday (except Wednesday) between 9am-4pm. Small groups of volunteers are also welcome.
